I don't think we're going to be seeing very many more Nintendo/Sonic deals in the future.

Then what do you expect?

Id love nintendo to have a crack at sonic. Or prehaps we should get a proper sonic/mario crossover game and obliterate what was left of the 90s. |
I never understood why they haven't made a cross over yet! Sonic x Mario platformer (2D or 3D)!

What Sega needs to do - shamelessly rip off Bit.Trip Runner 2 for their next Sonic game. Boom, jobs done, and as long as the stages are well-designed I'll enjoy it more than pretty much every Sonic game released since the pinnacle, Sonic 3 & Knuckles (which wasn't fast or in any way difficult, but still awesome).

Its funny because that has nothing todo with nintendo other than being an exclusive. It didnt make a difference being exclusive or multiplat, it failed. Sonic 06 would of been a failure on wii for example.
Sonic Colors was successful and good^

Hah.
One of the most highly rated platformers of all time, Sonic the Hedgehog originally released in 1991, is coming "exclusivity" to PS4 this Spring, with upscaled graphics! Please be excited!

I ain't blaming Nintendo. Sega screwed them by throwing out shovelware to fulfill the 3 game deal and I'm sure they're working on the next real Sonic for all consoles.

Nintendo should've been more aggressive/had a firmer hand in development.
Feels like they just expected Sonic would bring in sales.
Sega can do good, but slacks off considerably when left unattended.
