For me, I'd say Paper Mario TTYD, any MGS game, Wind Waker, Smash 4 for the sheer amount and variety, and Bastion, but as I said, it's all based on opinion.

There are many great soundtracks out there. Tearaway is really great, and amongst the best of the best, but there are others I could say the same for.
I don't know what my favorite is, but Windwaker HD is a contender for me. I'd sail across the ocean to just to stand on some island and listen to the music.
There's also Chrono Cross (very similar), Chrono Trigger, FFVI, FFVII, Darksiders II, Castlevania: SOTN, Castlevania LoS, and the beat goes on...
It up there, I can listen to "He Lab" and "Between the Pages-Page two" 'll day

Final Fantasy 10 has already been statistically proven to have the Greatest Soundtrack of all time. RPGs naturally have the more complete soundtracks of all genres for whatever reason and there simply is NO soundtrack that defeats the Final Fantasy 10 soundtrack
