They are going for over 100$ on Amazon just for the adapter lmao.

nintendo rep came into Target and said they were going to be selling the adaptor and controller later on at Tqrget since we never got them to begin with.
this would be an insane decision
Smash's probably pinnacle of success and popularity (despite I believe higher sales on the Wii version because of how many owned that console) was on the Gamecube, people are stubborn and dig the old Gamecube controllers (me included). let's be honest they just have a great layout and balanced feel to them
they are selling for pretty outrageous prices right now (the controller Wii U ports) so Nintendo would be dumb to stop manufacturing. either confusion in communication or possibly being sold at exclusive locations I would imagine
also that can't be true about certain Amiibos already being dropped (no wayyyy) way too fast for that to happen
Damn I hope this is false. I didn't want to buy Smash bros or its adapter until after my semester was over. I guess I should have bought the adapter at launch just in case >_> .....I really don't want to buy more controllers when I could have paid 20$ to use 3 extra ones.
Leadified said: I really hope that isn't true. If all else fails then there is always the MayFlash adapter. |
I wouldn't advise using those mayflash adapters, as the stick size between the GC controller and Classic controller is slightly different, so inputs with the stick will be off.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
Wow, that's a dumb move. Wonder why? I don't think the source is right. I've never even heard of that store.
chriscox1121 said: just called Nintendo and they said it wasn't discontinued. |
I refuse to believe you.
I'll take the illogical word of some placeI've never heard of instead, thank you very much!

They don't really sound that trustworthy anymore.
