We have Street Fighter V, Mortal Kombat X, Dragon Ball: Xenoverse and Tekken 7 coming out next year. If that doesn't make a year the biggest for the genre, I don't know what does. This is surprising especially after how fighting games have declined in sales.

Why do people keep saying fighters have declined? That could not be further from the truth.

With the decline of Soul Calibur, Tekken would be my pick. I way prefer 3D over 2D.

dod i thought it would be on 2015 Lol, but i think it close to 2015 anyway so still it will be a good contender for the best fighting games beside Street Fighter 5
