I don't understand some of the hate for people that like to play on casual/easy mode. that's all I play my games on these days. I do it for several reasons. I'm all about the gaming experience and not the challenge. I also work overnights and sleep during the day,so I don't play games alot on the weekdays. I love the NFL and when it's football season,I usually just play video games on my second day off and that's it. I just don't simply have time and the interest to play every single game mode. I also don't have the interest to spend hours trying to beat some super hard mode in a game. It's just not pratical for me. So,what the problem is?

There's nothing wrong with being a noob. You wouldn't be alone, I say be a noob and be proud of it.

Well usually, I play games on normal because that's how the developers intended me to experience the game. Playing it on easy usually doesn't offer me a challenge at all and I usually can breeze through the game without really enjoying all that the gameplay has to offer. And hard is pretty mixed results for me. Some games are too hard and some games are eh, so normal is my choice

People are snobs. There's nothing wrong with it. I play everything on very hard at the least, but I can make the time for it and enjoy the challenge. Some people don't understand that that's just not everyone's favorite way to spend what free time they've got.

I don't like when people complain about the lack of a difficulty setting ("Why is there no easy mode in Dark Souls?" ...well because it would break the entire point of the game...), but if the setting is there, theres nothing wrong with using it. I personally don't get much enjoyment out of a game that doesn't challenge me in any way, but I wont tell someone else how to enjoy their games
