Dragon Age has always been a PC exclusive for me and will probably always remain so.

Pity the M&K interface aparently sucks...

It certainly didnt suck for the first two, far more intuitive than a controller just because of the sheer amount of actions you can perform

It aparently controls completly differently. Like they removed click to move, you have to manually walk up to stuff and press a button to interact with objects, but you also can't walk so it's hard to get in the right spot,  there is no free camera and you have to hold down right mouse button to pan the camera around etc. They basicallly took the gamepad controls and then mapped it to mouse and keyboard. It sounds terrible

The PS4 ver plays fine. There are noticeable dips here and there but nothing too extreme. Cant comment on the X1 ver

I have it on PC. I've always preferred to play Dragon Age games on PC. The only issue I have with the PC version is I don't like the new control scheme. Thankfully my laptop can run this on max settings. It's a nice looking game....except for the hair. WTF happened with the hair

May i know what is the GPU inside your laptop ?

8GB GeForce GTX 880M

Lol, that's equaly with GTX 770 TI, that's a powerful laptop your laptop should be able to play most of the next gen games for 5 years

i saw on the article that this games minimum requirment is 8800 GTX with dual core CPU 4 Gigs RAM, i bet your laptop is over kill

It is overkill. You sort of have to go that way with laptops. Desktops are a better value, but I've moved a lot in the past few years and I'm always going out of state to visit family. So laptops are just better for me.

So yet again

Saved. As much as I'm sick of the Banderas laptop meme, this is a good one.

Playstation looks better, xbone plays better. Interesting

Drops down to 26fps don't affect gameplay any. At least in those fps comparison videos I didn't notice any stutter. Drops to low 20s and below are what start to affect gameplay.

Haha it's always how I see these debates and the mentality behind both fanbases really.

I guess you meant funny, didn't you? Of course it is. Sometimes resolution is what is matters (if the other one renders a lower resolution), the other day a 1 fps advantage makes for a superior game.

Still both versions perform great and both are not that bad or gimped you can't play it.

i got the XO version and when you explore the open world, the game runs very smoothly with no slow down or screen tearing. Theres very rare poups. The only slowdown i notice are during the cutscenes which seems to affect all platforms.
