Pokemon is more popular than both, but meta always has it between 84-89 :0

Popularity has nothing to do with review scores... Cause by that logic, Call of Duty and Wii Sports would be the highest rated games out there with perfect 100s everywhere. Even higher than the last of us

Probably because Reviewers think that GTA 5 is a better remaster than Smash brothers 3DS HD. :P

Are you seriously docking points from GTA5 because you can't "travel the world"? That's like driving a bugatti veyron but marking down the experience because "it can't fly like the ones in my sci-fi book". GTA has one of the largest and most detailed open worlds ever created. There's nothing to criticize in that area.

Really though spurge, as I've explained to you three times now, reviews are subjective and Metacritic is simply the accumulation of those subjective opinions. Just because you don't agree with the score, doesn't mean it's 'wrong'. It baffles me as to how you don't understand that yet.

I don't think Pokemon has done enough to deserve a 90+ (or maybe even high 80s) for awhile. They are good games, but seem to be quite behind. I see no reason they couldn't have done the things they are doing now 1 or 2 gens ago (Pokemon gens that is). Then there are the features that show up for a game and aren't in the next one...

So basically, I think the reason Pokemon doesn't get 90+ metas is the same reason COD games don't get them. Not much difference from the previous games new map/maps and pokemon/weapons respectively but that's about it.


I never said Pokemon should get a 90+ though O.o

I was making a point that More Popularity=/=Higher Rated games :)
