Practice is over.

Let's do this.

This sums it up pretty well. Smash for 3DS is pretty much the first Smash game I really got into, but from the start I always knew it was training season before the real thing. (though to be honest playing on the GamePad might as well be handicapped season before I get the Pro Controller )

The gamepad is mile better that the 3ds controls :p, is easy to get used to, I can play any game on that thing but I would destroyed with smash that's why I have a wii u pro controller :P

Yeah, I thought I was gonna need a Pro Controller for Mario Kart 8 and in the end absolutely loved playing it on the GamePad. Still, I just feel like Smash is too intense for that controller - it's just too wide and I can't get a really strong grip on it, which is something I'd naturally do in tense situations (which is pretty much every situation in competitive Smash). I think it might do the job, but honestly Circle Pad aside I think the 3DS is a better option.

Im in.

I won't be getting the game on launch day, might take 1 or 2 weeks but still

Why is this in the Introduce Yourself forum??

Also I'm in of course! Will see how playing on the gamepad feels before deciding if I should finally get a Pro Controller or not.

I was hiding it while I was making my reserved posts and it turns out you can't switch forums and edit the thread title in the same action. It's moved now.

What's your NNID?
