not on it's own. it should have released on wii u as part of the trilogy.

Or they could have release it without releasing a trilogy just 1 week before, so people would not feel ripped-off, if the trilogy was postponed (not even announced) for 3 more months... maybe ME3 would have had a fighting chance.

hang on are you suggesting that they should have screwed the PS360/PC players by delaying the trilogy to appease the much smaller Wii U userbase?

They should have just released the trilogy the same across all consoles including Wii U. Or not have released anything for Wii U at all. Usually i say a game is better than no game, but ME relies to much on continuity to just have one game in the series.

Aww, come on. Full 60 dollar price tag? Boo. :(

you need way more than 2 bad examples to build that argument. and define "core games".

Two bad examples? Those are huge IPs that have had abysmal sales on Wii U. CoD did significantly better on the original Wii with inferior ports.

I'm not going to bother defining core games, you know what I'm referring to. The only core games that have done remotely well on Wii U have been exclusive. That shows people only buy core games on Wii U when they have no other option.

no, i don't know what you're referring to because for starters, I wouldn't call cor or AC core games. they are two bad examples that you are using to generalize a whole lot of games.

yeah but a whole lot of games have had abysmal sales on WIi U. At least MP. He just picked the two most popular series as an example.

Yeah, I am generalizing. The industry perceives CoD and AC as core games.

Argue if you want, that's just the way it is.

and you still havent answered what a core game is.

back on topic, those screens aren't bad, but are too late. ubisoft did everything wrong with this game.

Once this goes on to sell like dogshit on a stick will they finally have an excuse to give up on Wii U ports?

They don't need an excuse. Its their game, and its up to them to put their game on the platforms they want to.

Besides, we know how "well" their previous games sold on Wii U even though they launched alonside other versions.

Were you not reading the ""framerate in the high teens"" comment? Man those sales suuuure are surprising

DR3 on XB1 also had the same problems, so did GTA: VCS on PSP and PS2, didn't stop them from selling well.

Also, GTA: VCS is very enjoyable despite all the framerate and graphical issues, so in the end its the game which matters. AC IV: BF is a very good game on every platform its on, even if the framerate and resolution might be different. That shouldn't be enough to stop people from buying the game.

Party, dance, and fitness games.

But there have been numerous multiplat games that have done really well on PS4 and X1. Can't really say the same for Wii U.

This is why Wii U is often neglected for ports.

No. multiplats did well and bad on all three consoles.
