Mostly all the Marvel characters in MvC2 are pretty OPed....lawl

That was pretty strange back them. MvC1 was more balanced. I didn't played MvC3, but I've heard the Sentinel still is godly unbalanced.

Tbh, over the last decade or so all fighting games seem to be going the route of cheap over powered bosses. I dont why they want to put these frustrating gimmicky characters in. Its the one thing I hate about the modern day fighting games :(

From the 1996 Xmen Vs Street fighter, it's been going for far longer than a decade I'm afraid. This is someone playing him on the easiest diff on the psone terrible port but still, it's just a stupid non 1v1 style fighting character.

Another 2 characters that were pretty OPed...

Wario from Mario Kart 64 - In many strategy guides he is considered best overall character in the game. He has the 4th best top speed and is a heavyweight. Only chars that are faster than him are the Lightweights, and it's really a coin flip between him and Yoshi in term of speed.

Toadette in Mario Kart 8 - Crazy top speeds and sleek turns, she is mostly first in races I participate with her.

In my opinion, it's gotta be Bayonetta. I mean, there's a sense of danger but she is overpowered as fuck. There is pretty much nothing she can't do (except let me see those sweet, sweet titties). I don't know who could give her a challenge.
