As fighting game bosses go, pretty much every KoF boss, hell, pretty much all snk fighting game boss.  Cheap as hell.

Nancy and Azazel from Tekken 6.... terrible boss character ideas.

Tbh, over the last decade or so all fighting games seem to be going the route of cheap over powered bosses. I dont why they want to put these frustrating gimmicky characters in. Its the one thing I hate about the modern day fighting games :(
