For me, having all of the Halo games using their ORIGINAL engines and having their original MP maps makes the collection special. Halo 2 was the king of Halo games as far as MP is concerned and when it died, it was a sad day indeed. Getting to replay it with millions of gamers all over again? Too good to be true.

They are both good deals.

MCC has the online and the remake of the 2 campaigns, plus you can switch to the original whenever you want.

GoW Saga has an extra game included.

I'd give the edge to MCC collection since 2 of the games in GoW saga are handheld games.

Edit: Too bad the KH collection was split into 2 games, or we know who the clear winner would be :P.

The God of War Saga is only comprable to the campaigns of Halo:MCC. God of War Saga lacks multiplayer and that's what makes Halo:MCC really special.

No comparison MCC is still the much better deal, the fantastic Multiplayer alone makes it the better deal with its 100+ maps

4 games in 1080p 60fps just like Halo MCC PLUS an extra game.  Not a fail in fact.  Also MP never interests me.  I'd rather have a more replayable single player game like GoW.  I always lose interest in the MP side of a game after a month or so.  I stay interested in a great single player game forever as it's like a great movie that you can always revisit.
