Yes and I fucking love it, makes me happy I bought a Wii U. If you like bayonetta give the wonderful 101 a shot.

I have like over a million Halos (unlocked Jeanne!) and much better accessories on that version. The first is tougher than I remember. As soon as I finish part one, I'm jumping into the second. I'm pretty excited, too! |
If you start playing the 360 SKU again, if you're anything like me, the screen tearing will make you go straight back to the Wii U version. V-synch being enabled makes a HUUUUUGE difference to the Wii U version.
Just finished 2 on second climax. I enjoyed it quite a bit, but it just felt a little bit on the short side. I feel like the end of Bayo 1 got really insanely hard as it ramped up to the conclusion, and that never really happened here. Still a great game, but just missing a little something. I think 101 was better.

Watch for the red/yellow gleam before a strike. Also try to memorise animation patterns and audio cues. |
Thanks for the tips. If I remember right I had to play Bayo 1 a lot too before I got witch time down, so maybe that's all the issue is here. And I have a harder time seeing the red gleams than the yellow.
What a great deal to have both the first and the second Bayonetta in just one package.
Both are amazing games. I just finished the first game, now I´m going to play the second with a little more attention to graphic details and plot.
I wonder how this revision of the first game compares to the original, I haven´t played it on PS3 or Xbox360.

It's the best version of the game.

I´m playing the first game and I´m enjoying it a lot. I don´t know how the second game can be better!

I was skeptical the first could be topped as well, but Bayonetta 2 goes above and beyond.
Finished the first last night and I've now started 2, only finished the first level though.
The difference in quality is amazing. The graphics are much more detailed, and I'm loving the extra colour, Bayo 1 felt very washed out and brown, I'm loving the extra tones in the sequel, and the character redesigns for Bayonetta and Jeanne (does anybody else get pissed off at their pronunciation of 'Jeanne'? It's Jeanne, not John!)

Oh god. lol. If Bayonetta is a great representation of a woman, kill me now. It's a representation of the ideal woman a lonely Japanese man wants to have sex with. I don't think the character even pretends to be anything more.
On topic, I'm finding the game pretty average. I got sick of the dodge, spam and repeat mechanic a lot faster than I hoped I would. It all felt pretty shallow after 10 hours. Doubt I'll ever pop it back in again and certainly wouldn't ever pick up a third. A shame as I loved the Wonderful 101.
(Only played the second. Never played the first)
