If Nintendo introduces a better account system (digital sales bound to the NNID, not to the hardware) and makes the eShop more attractive (cross-buy for some indie and VC games, more or bigger sales, discounted eShop gift cards...), the digital revenue-share could go up much faster.

Pre-download might help with that at first.

Other than that pretty much expected ratios. Digital on the rise. But still slowly on consoles.

I hope that makes them realize that their next home console will need proper storage solution. A 500GB HDD should be the very minimum.

500GB for next gen(!) is really low.
Game sizes are exploding lately, due to FullHD cutscenes (in case they aren't done in-game) and much higher texture resolutions.

Wouldn't be surprised if some games reach the 100GB limit this gen (maybe already FFXV or GTAVI).

Not in Europe. Most eSop gift cards are priced a bit higher than their value.
