My (almost) original predictions. I just wanna keep it here so that i can see how much i change my mind:

I will allow any updates to your prediction up until the first week's data comes in, but Sunday is your safe bet to have numbers in. If you somehow get blindsided by First Week data without submitting a prediction, you will not be able to enter.

Something I find odd this year is that there are almost no releases in December. November is stacked with lots of games on all platforms, but December is so barren.
Not that I think it will affect sales too much. The reason people buy consoles in december is because hey want the console, not because a game sold it for them.

Also, anyone have any idea what kind of bundles are coming out and release dates?

Interestingly enough, looking at the 2010 numbers, Xbox30 had a slim model introduced and kinect release, wii introduced wii sports resort and motion plus. Ps3 only gained a new bigger hard drive SKU.
In 2010, the number comparison between the first 3 quarters and the last ten weeks is interesting.
360 and wii have very similar numbers, while ps3 is lopsided toward the early year.
Then in 2011, 360 had the kinect bundle, and wii had a price drop, ps3 again had nothing.
Then in 2012, 360 and wii had nothing new, and ps3 had the new slim model.

So, my guess is, if the console has a price drop or a good bundle, or something new introduced during the year, then the sales for the last 10-weeks will be close to or exceed the previous 3 quarters' sales.

Also important to note is who controls the American market. The American market is where the big holiday numbers come from, so whoever is doing better in America that year will likely do better during the holiday as well.
