For me, a piece of art or entertainment doesn't have to be flawless to have the highest score. I prefer a flawed game which exceeds my expectations in certain aspects, than a flawless game which is confined to a mediocre level. That said, for me giving a 10/10 is not about counting the flaws of a game, but seeing if the game is really remarkable in some way.
