I see you had the same vision I did. I was expecting a massive storyline, a magical world rich in fluff. A FPS MMO in a Mass Effect-type world. That makes for some incredibly high expectations, but I was hoping Bungie was one of the few studios capable of pulling it off. Pity they fell short, I just don't know how short :-/

I always considered the best devs to be (no particular order) Blizzard, Naughty Dog, Bungie, Nintendo. Square lost its magic long time ago and fell off that list, sadly. It'd be a pity for Bungie to follow suit, but I won't take them out just yet, not when they've developed so many incredible games all the way back to Myth.



Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

I used to consider Sony Santa Monica one of the best... until GoW: Ascension came. Not a bad game, but it was way below GoW standards. (even worse than the PSP games and those games were developed by Ready at Dawn)

Watch_Dogs sucked.

Destiny sucked.

Probably my two most anticipated games this year and they ended up disappointing me.

I didnt buy destiny but i thought it was a huge open world, even open universe with spaceships, and amazing story , finally an interesting FPS, but this summer i learnt this game was far away from what inimagined

Destiny's bad story telling and poorly designed story missions was my biggest disappointment this year. Bungie flat out mislead us about the product.

Games like Watch Dogs and Titanfall were pretty much what I expected.

Smash 3DS.


I would never touch any of the games mentioned in the poll unless they are 5 bucks on steam. So i can just talk about the games I do play.

And I can only be really disappointed by a game I pay full price for and so far its def smash 3ds.

The fighting is glorioius. Everything else  presentation content  difficulty is crap. If you are sleepwalking and at the same time play the game for roughly 2h you basically unlocked everything by coincidence without a guide or walkthrough and no effort put into it.
