Forums - Sony - Where are Driveclub reviews?

it's strange that no reviews.

it's obviously been requested so may not be a good sign, lots of people have got it and watching their streams they give positive opinions.

but reviews opinions will be shortsighted, I will guarantee they will moan that it's not open world and hasn't got car customisation along with vehicle rosta.

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

They're out in about a day.

A review embargo is never good news, hopefully it isn't too bad...

Pretty sure there was one for the Last of Us.

I think meta will be around 80 but the delay and all the stuff around the game "patch for weather will not be in launch game" while the game got a massive delay (for its quality, of course, but still...) and still seems a little bit light on content will be negative points in reviews.

That's actually a myth that is unsupported by the data. Review embargoes do not correlate with high/low scores.

PGR2 & GRID are my 2 favourite racing games, it'll be superb if they have the feel of those gems...

I think you're spot on.

Yeah most review embargoes are put in place so the reviews come out at the same time close to release to build hype for the game.

why is it shortsighted to moan about lacking content and microtransactions, no one here had a problem when reviewers moaned (rightfully) about forza 5 for the same reasons, and driveclub has even less content

Actually TLOU didnt have an embargo, people were reviewing the game over a week before it came out (could be because the game released on E3 day and didn't want it to be buried with other news)
