Destiny... it is so good and addictive that I don't believe other game will take his crown this year but I need to check the late year release and maybe some can surprise me.

Runner up: Ground Zeroes (if it was the Phantom Pain with the full content it could be my GOTY).

The Super Smash Bros. 3DS demo, if that doesn't count I'll fall back on South Park: The Stick of Truth.

All the best games I have played this year were released 2013 or earlier.

The best this year would probably be inFamous or Garden Warfare. The more I think about it the more I think this is the worst year I can remember at this point. Hopefully the last three months will change that, there are a decent number of games that could be great.

Titanfall easily. Only game this year I've played for more than 10 hours. Well besides Dota2.

LBP3 or SSBU could dethrone it though.

Right now it's Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. I expect that to change once Bayonetta 2 comes out though.
