I think it will be more similar to the Wii's first year in sellthrough; somewhere around 16 million or so.

This holiday will be telling towards where it will go. I have a feeling we will se a growth to maybe 15mn next year (from maybe 12mn this year?).

17M is a more believable target honestly. I don't think Sony will cut PS4 price any time soon.

I'm one of those people that just doesn't see the improvement between this year's iPhone and last year's. I'm sure they exist but I don't see them. I wonder if there's that many gamers that can currently see the improvements between the 7th gen and 8th gen experience. If good games start flowing regularly (as I'm sure they will), I can see next year being huge. If we continue to get high res 7th gen games on 8th gen hardware I actually think demand will slow down.

It's gonna get close to 15 or 16m this year. Given that pretty much every console ever increases after its first full year on the market I have to say I think it's gonna get there. Make as much of an argument about only hardcores want it or whatever but I think it will follow this historic trend.

Consoles ship and sell more the following years. While we don't know what they've shipped and sold yet in 2014, the minimum(not including 2013,) is probably 14m. I'm going to say I think they'll ship and sell a minimum of 18m Jan 1 - December 2015. All regions should sell more now that the system is coming out with exclusives and next gen exclusives.
