Yes, its going towards "the 3DS version is releasing first and they are advertising it".

Why are people so paranoid about the release date for SSB all of a sudden? it makes way more sense to show off the 3DS version at this moment, because it's close to release.

Because of Pikmin 3, Tropical Freeze, Xenoblade Chronicles X. Nintendo has a terrible habit of delays this gen.

Good news for people in the UK; starts at 6pm. Nicely timed to get home from work, pop to the shops for a couple of beers and make yourself comfy.

It does mean I need to do the cooking tonight though, so it's my girlfriend's tomorrow...

I'm really hopeful we get some sort of surprise at this; maybe a reveal trailer for one of the new Smash characters (yes I know they've been leaked already, but still), or something new on Splatoon/Zelda. I doubt it though, but it would be nice.

None of them were/are very important holiday titles though.. Delaying Smash Bros WiiU would be MUCH worse than delaying any of those games.. :S

Ah, will be watching this from the comfort of my 3DS, then.

I already know how Smash will play out because of all the streamers, what I want to see are the other titles (especially Fantasy Life and the Ultimate NES Remix.)
