Kind of happy I waited. I had already decided to wait until after Christmas, not sure if I will jump in now, especially since I wasn't very impressed by the beta.

I have no idea, don't follow Bungie, don't really care for Destiny either (nor Titanfall), I just pointed out that I can already see the people making their comparisons already.

Wow that's a big fall. Still expect it to rise to mid 80s though. 

I anticipate a Watch Dogs like situation here. Massively great sales, then tumble down.

Well the expectations were high with quotes like this one:


 'We like to tell big stories and we want people to put the Destiny universe on the same shelf they put Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter or Star Wars; we've already did it with Halo. We were extremely proud of what we achieved with Halo... I'm pretty convinced we are going to do it again with Destiny in a way that maybe even Halo never achieved before,"' 

I still have to find one who is in love with Destiny's story, ofcourse it is just PR but it kills me that a game like this sold on hype and promises and made 500 million in one day and probably pass 1 billion this week....   So many great studios have been closed while activision is basically thinking 'we made a lot of money so who cares what reviewers think?' Makes me sick...

Can someone explain why the reviews are coming out so late?
Doesn't most reviews comes out before the game releases?

I guessed meta 86+/-4. I think it will do around 80 now. I already new it wasn't gunna be good. The beta was only ok. The once great bungie has fallen.

bungie was never great... all they did was a good casual fps.

Activision paid of the reviewers so bungie won't get their bonus...

How bout that for a conspiracy theory

i'm expecting its gonna be from 85 to 90 meta.
