Well the expectations were high with quotes like this one:
'We like to tell big stories and we want people to put the Destiny universe on the same shelf they put Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter or Star Wars; we've already did it with Halo. We were extremely proud of what we achieved with Halo... I'm pretty convinced we are going to do it again with Destiny in a way that maybe even Halo never achieved before,"'
I still have to find one who is in love with Destiny's story, ofcourse it is just PR but it kills me that a game like this sold on hype and promises and made 500 million in one day and probably pass 1 billion this week.... So many great studios have been closed while activision is basically thinking 'we made a lot of money so who cares what reviewers think?' Makes me sick...
