What happens when people want or prefer physical copies?

Then go buy them? 

Nothing prevents you from buying them at retail. Or used. The system is like the games you get on XBLG and PS+ as long as you're subscribed you get to play the games.

I love to play sports games with my friends so EA access comes in handy for that reason alone. Not only this, but EA will keep adding games to the vault so it will grow over the years.

I might subscribe to both EA and Ubisoft and keep buying the new games I really want at release and buy specific games from publishers I'm not interested to.  But yea what will happen?
