Honestly, I don't know.
I'm sure the game will be good, but the first one was also a good game on a much bigger usarbase and yet it barely made it to 2 mil.
I think that between 500-750k would be a great result for the game and the platform given the audience and the consoles sold.

I completely agree with that, but will that be enough for Nintendo?
I highly doubt it. If it doesn't sell well I hope it atleast gives the Wii U a small boost!

I'm confident that Nintendo knows (more or less) what they are doing.
And I think that this game, just like Devil's Third and others, aren't as much a case of "let's get games that will sell a lot of units" as much as a case of "let's get games that will give a boost to the sales of our console". Because in the end, even while the boost may be small at first sight, it could be this rare games for a Nintendo console that could make it a very good candidate to become the secondary console for a lot of gamers.
Something like get a PS4 as THE console and then a WiiU for the family, the couch multiplayer games (MK8, Smash), as well as this few "games for gamers" exclusives that aren't available on the other consoles.
Please excuse my bad English.
