Yeah, I doubt they do much in Japan unless they go in with some crazy good exclusives.

they will increase in marketshare for sure, just because the market is smaller an the people who buyed the 360 will buy the xbone too.

Neither the WiiU nor PS4 looks on track to beat their predecessors; I don't know what would make XB1 the exception to this.

In addition, for better or for worse, MS moneyhatted timed exclusives (and a few actual exclusives) for 360 that were known about early on in the console's life. So far, for XB1, there's nothing aside from 5pb support that I can see. That's not really indicative of them planning to beat their last console's sales.

It's going to crater. It's just a matter of just how badly it does, unfortunately.

I wonder if Sony deliberately put their conference so close to the X1s release, take away the little interest that japan maybe had in the X1 by finally revealing PS4 games for the market and then maybe close the deal even further in 2 weeks with the next conference. :p

Been a while since I read something so delusional. If you guys wanted to take over Japan I don't think this is the way to go about it.

They had a year head start last gen and gained exclusives because of that (which mostly bombed). Now, they have a year delay and won't gain the exclusives. They will be down gen over gen.

its too big a device for japan, way too big.

They sure do have big goals. Expecting anything close to a success with those launch games and the seemingly little effort aimed towards the Japanese market is a massive goal.
