Ok dude...get over it. I guess you want to have toys instead of consoles. Go out and buy those Skylanders figures then.

You say this like it's an insult?

To me skylanders was one of those magic kid moments games, you buy it, buy some figures, and they come to life. Absolutely loved the first skylanders.

But what happened next is the problem with the industry currently. Any good idea gets run into the ground while having its appeal broadened for a wider audience. There are just too many skylanders to collect, and new moves are locked out of old figures forcing you to buy new ones etc.

To me the Japanese gaming industry has it right, they know their niche and make their games accordingly and are happy with modest success.

I don't have anything more to say to you then. Good luck with your Japanese games.

While I would continue to play my western titles (most of which aren't even FPS unlike what you said) as well as the best of what the Japanese have to offer (Metal Gear Solid, Bloodborne, Gran Turismo).

Im not exdeath ;) And I I have no issue with western games

Fair enough, lack of avatar will do that.

You are spot on with that!

I like gaming because there are games to play.

Have you tried viva pinata. I was addicted to that Game Demo Demo was younger. How about kameo how or anything they made recently? If the answer no then be quiet

I played the DS version and it was fun, but I would rather Monster Rancher. Kameo was a fun beat em up, but it wasn't Battletoads. And what have they made recently? Nothing but Kinect sports crap.

Bet with Xander XT:

I can beat more games on his 3DS than he can on my PSVita in a month. Loser has to buy the winner a game on his/her handheld Guess who won? http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=193531

I didn't know you had such passion with cars, man.

I'm just as into cars as I am games. Was a mechanic for a part time job for a few months, even been to the track...

I'm just a 90's man, everything was best in the 90's and early 00's. By 2010, everything went to sh*t (except games, there are still a lot of gems like XenoBlade, The Last of Us, Fire Emblem, etc).

That was the real time to live in.
