Forums - Nintendo - After 2 years, Nuketown 2025 DLC finally comes to Wii U Black ops 2. Possibly a Good sign or bad sign for CoD:AW?

This looks pretty positive to me. They knew Blops 2 was the most active game.

They might even be finished with AW Wii U and are using this to see if making AW Wii U DLC is worth it.

fuck that would require me unplugging my PS4 and pulling out the Ghost disc from the Wii U to play Black Ops 2.

Why don't you have more sockets?

Why have you bought Ghosts on Wii U when you have a PS4?

Why isn't the MK8 Disk in your Wii U?

unplugging the HDMI - i got like 360, Wii U, PS3, PS4 and a TOPFIELD connected via hdmi atm. Ran out of ports oso share.

cause i play with my friend. One on tablet one on tv. I also got ghosts on PS3.

mk8 was in there at one stage

Apparently Die Rise is now also in the Zombies menu. Die Rise was a zombies map in the 1st downloadable paid DLC voor Black Ops II. So maybe they're releasing paid DLC soon for Wii U?

Probably a bad sign... Not that anyone cares

I care. I say any gesture is an appreciated one...and I would buy Advanced Warfare day one. While it helps that I still enjoy CODs, I am going to support 3rd party releases. However, I am not suggesting people buy games they have zero interest in. Still, if people have ANY interest in this or any 3rd party game and love Wii U they should think long and hard about supporting releases. 3rd party games have to start selling better. It's that simple.

Why even bother supporing half-assed 3rd party games? It's not like the WiiU will suddenly start getting more Western 3rd party support.. :S

You may be right and in the larger scheme of things I'm a drop in the bucket, but I am going to do my bit. Nintendo is never going to know, I'm never going to get a prize in the mail, no personal thanks from Miyamoto, but I love Nintendo regardless.

For Black ops 2 owners, you can now down load the DLC for free after 2 years of waiting. I kind of find this weird that they put out this DLC now. Kind of makes me thinking is this possibly a sign that they are saying sorry that they have no plans of releasing Advanced Warfare on Wii U. Or could it be a sign that they maybe trying to win back a couple of the Wii U owners by leaving them with a good taste in there mouths. Possibly making them have a more positive view on this game and hopefully buy it. It could even be a sign that Advanced Warfare will hit the Wii U in 2016.

Still no word on Advanced Warfare Wii U status. As far as I've seen, Activision has yet to come out and say no Wii U version. There has also been some recent sighting of the Wii U being in the source code of Advanced Warefare website. But time is running out on the Wii U version announcement.
