Lets better stop here before it gets weird.

I expected the baseline would return to 30-40k after 3 weeks, so thanks MK8 for that! Also very impressive that MK8 attach rate of almost 50%.

There's too much Sheldon Cooper in this thread for me to enjoy it anymore.

i was hoping for more, but I guess the new baseline is an improvement.

1doesnotsimply

It's almost doubled Wii U's baseline, pushed it above Xbox One in weekly sales, sold over 2 million boxed copies in 2 months, and served a banquet of crow to all the people who claimed it would only give a brief hardware spike.

Yes, it has done it's job.

not only did it increase sales, but peoplez opinion on the wii u has been much more positive lately

so good job MK8

The initial bump didn't last as long as I thought it would, but it seems that it actually may have upped the wiiU's standard baseline.

From 30-40k jump to 60k a week for about 2 months in a row, that was a great job. This is exactly like 3DS after Nintendo released MK7. For almost a year i only 3 games M3DW, MH3U, and CoD Ghost. GOOD JOB MARIO!
