Forums - Sports Discussion - The NFL Thread 2014: New England Patriots Win Super Bowl XLIX

Who will win the Super Bowl?

Who cares? 41 36.61%

That AFC team. 29 25.89%

That NFC team. 5 4.46%

Hahaha, not the Packers! 25 22.32%

See Results. 9 8.04%

Total:109

I see the Saints as a Super Bowl contender again this year, and top of their division. After that...

The Falcons don't look impressive, and the more Hard Knocks I watch the less I like them. The Panthers seem built for a steep decline. The Bucs have...who again?

I'll go Saints Falcons Panthers Bucs.

I am reading trading Mankins causes the Pats 8 million in dead money this year due to the trade. Seems like it was done to free up money for next year. Who knows?

Yeah he's got $8 million left in his $20m signing bonus, but it's $4 million this year, and $4 next year (or they could elect to pay it all this year).

It's going to be a good year i think. Tannehill finally has a decent line with good receivers. Defense is always our strentgh(LBs are little weak). Knowshon looked great against Dallas. With New England's stubbornness giving Tom less and less weapons I see them having a year where it might be time to re-think not paying a talent or drafting one on the offensive side besides the O-line. Jets QB and WR situation is pathetic and they stink in the secondary. Buffalo is the tricky team can't figure them out.

NFC East
1.Eagles
2.Cowboys
3.Giants
4.Redskins
