Yeah current gen as in ps4/XB1/WiiU. I think the environment holds up well to most multiplats but yeah KZ and ISS are on another level. Ill have to see it in motion tho also

Comparing solid 60fps games to fluctuating 30fps games is a bit unfair, but if you compare it to wolfenstein or cod ghosts i say it holds up quite well if not better. BUT then again wolfenstein/cod is cross gen sooo... shrug?

Looks stunning, but to be fair the original looks so stunning too!

3DS FC :  4339 - 3326 - 7693. Add me :) Nickname Tin

Remaster looks sharper and textures are also better but the model of the house in the back has the same poly count as before and the fence looks somehow weird in the remaster - in a way that on PS3 it looked ok because of the lower res and more blur but on PS4 the fence just looks like it's "implanted" and doesn't fit to the scenery.

It looks great but because of the love for detail in this game and not because of the great usage of tesselation or something like that...

The game is simply great looking regardless of the platform. Everything in the game fits together as a symbiosis if you know what I mean.

But if I people would go in detail to talk about how sharp a wall looks and stuff like that, it isn't that impressive. It looks pretty much like a remaster or at least a cross-gen game and there is nothing wrong with that. I only think that some of the Naughty Dog employees hyped the changes too much and that's also a reason why we have so many discussions about the graphics of the remaster.

So, great game which everyone who likes third-person "action" games should play but I wouldn't buy it a second time and am fine with the PS3 version.

Thing is in these threads there is no sense allowed. Either you are all over it (so being a true fan with the right eyes - perhaps a new definition of a master race - the ones with the best eyes!) or you are not which will lead to either useless discussions, insults or ignorance.

Just pre-ordered a few minutes ago. Hyped.

So long jaggy fest, helloooo glorious hair model

Looks better than i expected tbh. All i need to know now is how the average framerate stacks up and i'll be hitting that pre-order button immediately, unless the news about it is not so good ofc.

Thank you for you input, however this thread is to compare this game to current PS4 and XB1 games. How do you feel it compares in that regard?
