This is a common mistake on these forums. You are an advanced-level gamer who likes Nintendo who talks about games on forums. Of course you think it's obvious. 

Again, think about this from a general consumer standpoint. 

It's not just you but I can't figure out why people think because they know something...everybody does.

Well, better late than never. I hope you enjoy your WiiU once you get it.

It would be like not knowing the Kinect is a camera. Im not saying everyone should know what the Upad is or does, Im just saying people should read up on some information about the console they want to hate on.

I still meet people that dont realize Wii U is a new Console, so i dont know why people are so surprised you didnt know about second screen play.

To those that are surprised start talking to none gamers more.

He probably is a gamer, but as he said hes never owned a Nintendo platform, so why would he know about Nintendo hardware features.

It comes in handy at times and the screen isn't HD (I don't think) but since things are much smaller, graphics look a lot sharper and more detailed than they really are. I use it sometimes but it's not a game changer. I find myself using the pad as a browser while I use the TV for other things, more than anything.

Because he constantly says that the console sucks. Well did anyway.

It's okay.  I only just last week found out the Wii and Wii U are different consoles!

Meh, i find most people on here that say a peice of harware sucks have never even played on one, so im not surprised if they base there hatred of little more than the fact that they dont own one.
