Most of the Platinum games aren't usually offered via Club Nintendo, to the best of my knowledge. But to your larger point: I suspect we're seeing a drawdown in the Club Ninteno system entirely, i.e. they've concluded that the feedback and benefits they're getting from the program don't really justify the trouble and expense, and thus they're going to end the whole thing in a few years. They've stopped offering as many physical goods over the past year or so, and even offered the Luigi's Mansion figurine as a coin prize when it likely would be a Platinum reward in years past.

If I'm correct, most folks in this thread should rejoice, because it means you won't have to fill out the forms anymore!!!

No!! But I like getting free games even if they are only digtial ones :(. Will they replace it with something else?

No need to worry yet, it's just a prediction based on what I'm seeing. As for whether it would be replaced if it did go away... *shrug*?

chose dkc returns 3d as my award.....never played the wii version after hearing about waggle to roll plus i wasnt a fan of the original on the snes (only liked jungle beat which i only played with the gc controller ...dont remember what i did with my drums everyone else seems to hate)... liked dkc trpical freeze tho especially the music so i decided what the hay

I wonder if nintendo's financials weren't so lackluster in the past year if the rewards wouldn't have been better this time around.

Ended up getting DKCR3D, had the Wii version, so never bought the 3DS version. Don't have a Wii U, so can't get any of those rewards, I'd probably would've got Earthbound if I had.
