I believe this is the 4th Dragon Quest to release on 3DS and we still havent gotten any of them in the west.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

I dunno. It's one of the worst selling dragon quests ever, I think at its best it held around 300,000 active users. As far as an mmo limited to Japan I think that sounds good, but I have no point of reference.
