I don't agree with much of what he said, however, being jailed for voicing your opinion I don't agree with.  And raving about demons shouldn't result in jail either, psychiatric institutionalization/evaluation, sure, but not jail.

That is ok, I understand. But it is funny how only the christian´s belief generate this kind of hostility, people who believe in channelers, shamans and stuff like that always get a free pass.

By the way, in real life I keep to myself and live my life. If someone ask my opinion, in private, I will give them. But, the question was if religion would ever be outlawed and I gave my answer: christianity will, all the other not.

Religion doesn't do anything, its a set of beliefs. Blaming religion for the acts of people is naive and frankly intolerant. Its akin to saying that many school shooters are white males so we a certain gender and race is causing a lot of harm to schools.

It astounds me how people can blame Religions, or more specifically Christinaty, for being intolerant when the entire point of this thread is being intolerant against Religion, hate simply begets more hate.

Depends where I claim it man, in the church, among other believers, I would be fine. In a music rave or in a New Age fair, I would be laughed at. Of course I would not do that in such a place. Mateus 24:3-34

As we christians believe, the fig tree is Israel, founded in 1948, and Jesus said that all this things would happen before the generation is over (after the fig tree is ready).

So, as Moses defined a generation as 70-80 years, we believe the christians will be persecuted in this way in sometime between 2018-2028. It is just our bible beliefs and prophecies, all religions have such a thing man. No reason to get angry.

Athiests are a minority and religious types make up the vast majority in the nation. Christianity is the largest religion on the planet even so much so that a vast majority of Christians actually believe America is a Christian nation despite the constitution not saying so.
