This one can provoke tons of laugher.

Oh god, the feels man. I still get so engrossed by these scenes from the last of Us, even after beating it 3 times and working on grounded mode (and grounded mode +)

Also, from The Last of Us, this small section really had me feeling human again. I think i was trembling just a bit from the sheer sadness of the moment. From 00:00 to 1:44.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I cried over that scene.  In fact, I didn't play again for like three days.  My favorite character.  It hit me like a ton of cats.  It was just so damned unfair, though that's what made it so powerful.  That game did not pull punches.

Amazing game, easily one of the best of the generation.

The last of Us is filled with powerful scenes, but yea this is definitely one (if not the most) powerful scene in video game history. Incredible performances by Troy Baker & Ashley Johnson.

The end of Yakuza 4.  All the major players meet and it gives closure to the events that happened throughout the game.  Imo, once the player characters arive, it's the most badass scene in any game ever.  And it's not just the one scene, it's the scenes before the battles, the battles, the music, all which is a culmination of one of my favorite parts in a video game.
