Is the company healthy or in a good position? Nothing dire or anything like that |
In fact, amount of 'cash' on company's account shows nothing and you can't make any deep conclusions from it. Assets/liabilities are much better showing where the company is.
I've had countless arguments, both here and on Reddit, where people have cited that old $10bn figure and been like "they're fine!" and I've had to dig up financials that showed they no longer have that amount of money in the bank anymore.
So I'm glad this is finally getting out in the open so I don't have to argue it anymore!
It's not all bad news. A lot of it will simply be the cash changing form due to purchases - long term investments etc.
So Nintendo have plenty of money, but less than they had before?
Pretty much what I though anyway.

For some people reality is hard to swallow.
Just 13 billion? That sounds like a good acquisition price for any particular mega corporation.

Nintendo has zero debt ...that's the part you are forgetting and that is only cash ..this is not including assets ...Nintendo is far from financial trouble
