It was advertised as a PS4 game. I never said that wasn't the reason for it selling more and pushing more PS4 consoles. The only other game sony has a deal on is Destiny. Evolve, Dragon Age, CoD, etc...... don't. So again 1 game isn't enough evidence to suggest that the Xbox One version won't get good boosts in hardware when these games release.

so no one ever knew that watch dogs was coming to the x1, and people will still have no idea destiny will come for x1 if its not advertise for it, right?

i never got the feeling that watch dogs was advertised as a ps4 game.. much like every other game this year, it was advertised to be the definitive version on ps4.
all the multiplats this year were advertised to run better on the ps4.. so thats why i see this trend carrying over into this holiday when these games come out.

That's not what I'm saying. Those two games are advertiesed as PS4 games, meaning they will be associated more with PlayStation than Xbox. Evolve, Dragon Age, and CoD etc..... won't be that way.

Not sure how you didn't get that feeling with Watch Dogs, with all the exclusive content, commercials, etc.... being for the PS4 version. Also I wouldn't really call 900p on the PS4 version of Watch Dogs defenitive. I also don't think every dev has confirmed what resolution and fps each version will be runing.
They have Sunset Overdrive and Quantum Break in the near future. We have Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, and maybe Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker (not sure when it will be released). Anyway, these "smash" series will help Wii U skyrocket in sales
