And yes, X1's numbers are low now. It's had Titanfall, which was supposed to be its savior (yes, most X1 fans agreed on this). If X1 was fine they wouldn't have had to slash its price nor remove Kinect. They did. I'm not saying it's doomed but it's definitely not fine, which is what you're saying.

Barely making a profit, meaning they can't cut the price without incurring a loss does not = good news for Nintendo. Good news would be if they were profiting on it last year and could think about making a cut later this year. Remember we're talking about this years sales/sales going forward.

Some XB1 fans thought it'd be "the saviour" definitely not all, but XB1 has the benefit of having third and first party games that will push sales throughout its life, Titanfall will prove to be one of the weaker hardware pushers when all is said and done, MK will be one of WiiU's strongest, yet Titanfall will still have sold more consoles. Also, numbers are estimates and adjusted. Just like Nintendo fans who were happy about the 187k week, that got adjusted down to 130k.

BenV has already said XB1 is above PS4 since the cut in the US. So I would wait for more solid evidence before suggesting XB1 is below WiiU.

Xbox is fine in the long run is what I'm saying, they have a pro active company behind it, third party, a clearly defined audience and price manuverability, 4 very important things Nintendo do not.

Literally none of this changes anything about what I said before, in the slightest. And your last sentence is true, I never ever claimed otherwise, anywhere. I was talking about the current situation, which is why I used words like 'now'. Anyone can cherrypick and spin, it's not changing anything. My original posts still stands.

MK did 19k WiiU HW, what do you think Hyrule will do a whole lot better? I mean I can believe it could, given 19k is such a small number anyway. But real boosts are like 70k+ in Japan or a 300k month in the US.

All these little pointless boosts of 10k or 30k are not even worth talking about in the grand scheme of things.

dynasty warriors craze in japan its pretty much a clone getting a lot of attention there :P

It's like me saying MS makes $5b a Q and Nintendo are losing money. What has it actually got to do with sales going forward.

Are you so upset by all this because you dislike Nintendo that much? I think most here will agree that it's somewhat weird to see an Xbox guy spend more time posting in Nintendo threads than actual Xbox threads. Still, sort of funny, too.

i wouldn't doubt that the multiplats do better on ps4 than xbox but the point is xbox has a lot of games this holiday (exclusive or otherwise).  a lot more games than wiiU, a lot more big games to boot.  i don't know if you've looked at the number in any meaningful way but xbox is doing much much much much greater than wiiU so far.  yes, it is exciting that wiiU got a bit of a boost thanks to MK but don't let things go to your head.

Pretty sure this is an Xbox and a WiiU thread. And I'm not the one coming in here with disingenious comments, nothing you posted pertains to the actual topic does it. So my comment stands, I could say MS have bucketloads of cash and are in a good position and Nintendo are losing, but I wouldn't because it's pointless. I'm picking apart your post and applying it to the title.

That's why your post stands out like a saw thumb. And no sales don't upset me, especially ones that favour my prefered outcome.
