Evolve, Dragon Age, CoD, etc...... don't. So again 1 game isn't enough evidence to suggest that the Xbox One version won't get good boosts in hardware when these games release.

i never got the feeling that watch dogs was advertised as a ps4 game.. much like every other game this year, it was advertised to be the definitive version on ps4.
all the multiplats this year were advertised to run better on the ps4.. so thats why i see this trend carrying over into this holiday when these games come out.

Not sure how you didn't get that feeling with Watch Dogs, with all the exclusive content, commercials, etc.... being for the PS4 version. Also I wouldn't really call 900p on the PS4 version of Watch Dogs defenitive. I also don't think every dev has confirmed what resolution and fps each version will be runing.
