The PS4 will top the charts in Japan when games like Final Fantasy XV will come out, but since those games aren't coming out this year, my answer is NO!

Would guess games like Deep Down or Driveclub can create a small bump.

It most likely needs the Japanese devs to switch to the PS4 for good anyway, next Personna game is only on PS3, haven't heard of any Tales of announced on PS4 either.

But rejoice, it'll most likely be on top of the chart somewhere around the year 2020 when FF15 is released.

No it won't; the PS5 will be released then and they will have to switch development.  PS5 will top the charts then.  Except, they're not gonna be able to release the game till 2025 when the PS6 launches.

For all we know, The Phantom Pain could have a 2014 release date.

Still, it's unlikely, and I doubt there is any other potential 2014 release that could do it.

Mario now is on PS4, that should help ;)

when Bloodborne comes out it will but that's in 2015... so no it wont for the rest of the year, what i want to see is how much will small Japanese games like Neptunia VII will do for the PS4, i know it doesn't sell like hotcakes but it has a enough dedicated audience to warrant sequel after sequel...

EDIT: WAIT this game comes out later this year:

So maybe it does have a chance.
