Depends on what Mircosoft does with the XBOX ONE. I believe Xbox one will get a discount of $299 for kinectless bundle with out game or $349 with out kinect and 1 game and a $399 kinect and game bundle in November this year. That being said Wii U would have to do the same. I think they need to do a $199 with game this November but there stubbord so a $249 cut with game.

yeah like others have said it will be near when Smash releases this holiday season and it will be a $50 price cut

I could see a soft cut this fall like they did last year, phase out the NSMBU bundle and drop the MK8 bundle down to $299.

As for a true price cut, I would like to see it reach $199 next fall but $249 is more likely.

I think at this point Nintendo is prioritizing profit over everything else. Now that the WiiU is no longer selling at a loss, there's a very good chance they'll finally be profitable after three straight years of losses.

I can definitely see them bundling Smash at $299 this holiday, but I don't think we'll see an official drop to $249 until next year.
