Sony will likely refund people $10. Otherwise they will deter people from pre-ordering in the future.

I think pre orders are very good for what the game is, I'm sure Sony is not expecting the game to beat 1 million first week again.

Still a bit of a dickish move there Sony.

With pre-orders on PSN, the fine print at the bottom states the following:

YOU MAY NOT CANCEL A PRE-ORDER AT ANY TIME AND REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDERS, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS.

Its not even in fine print. Its written in CAPITAL LETTERS right beneath the pre order bonuses.

Haha! I was dumbfounded by his statement.

Kinda makes sense though. Its not like it will be sold out on release day...

I don't get the point either... especially pre-ordering it weeks in advance.

Then again after reading the refund policy and the fact they make you pay up front why would you ever preorder from a service like that even for a physical copy?
