Sony will likely refund people $10. Otherwise they will deter people from pre-ordering in the future.

Or, the preorders are extremely high because all those people couldn't find the Halo collection on PSN and went with TLOU instead.

I think pre orders are very good for what the game is, I'm sure Sony is not expecting the game to beat 1 million first week again.

Still a bit of a dickish move there Sony.
