I'm a little worried that Mircrosoft will want to hold onto these series but will not think they're worth the money, surely they are?

Microsoft has the money to moneyhat all three but will they? They do some strange (or don't do) things sometimes.
Thanks jlmurph!
No way on earth TF2 stays exclusive. SO would have to do really well in sales to get a sequel, and the release date pretty much ensures it will get annihilated in sales due to much larger multiplats dropping like hydrogen bombs all around it. Dead Rising 4 could go either way, but it's also a poor seller, so it really depends on how much Microsoft cares.
But yeah, to buy TF2 exclusivity, one would have to make up for potentially 12M lifetime sales on PS4, so you do the math. Microsoft isn't going to write a check in excess of half a billion dollars for a single game JUST to keep it off competing platforms.
Truth be told, the checkbook at Microsoft is probably going back in daddy's pocket unless the XB1 has an incredible holiday season.
Dead Rising is going to PC so that's already multi plat. Titanfall is also on PC so that was never exclusive. If Sunset Overdrive sells well then I see MS keeping the game from going anywhere. If it does average or poorly then I guess it won't really matter anyway.
Edit: Just noticed you had 2's after each game lol xD.
Titanfall 2 will most likely, Sunset Overdrive 2 if it becomes a sucess/hit then I see MS keeping it only on Xbox, Dead Rising 3 went PC so if Dead Rising 4 is made I expect it to go to PC also after a short time.
Titanfall 2 will go multiplatform. The other two games will not have sequels...
TitanFall 2: without a doubt
SO 2: Depends on the kind of deal Insomniac and MS have, but I can see it happen if they find a publisher that meets their demands. Hell, if the current contract allows it I wouldn't be surprised if the current one comes to PS4 and PC.
DR4: Looking at DR2 and DR3 already coming to PC, seems likely to me.
Titanfall 2 is definitely multiplat. Sunset Overdrive is a maybe, Insomniac did say the reason they partnered with MS is because they wanted to keep the IP. That implies they might be interested in taking the franchise to other consoles later on. Of course that would rely on the game being successful enough so that one of the 3rd party publishers would even fund it in the first place. If it's a flop then the next one will probably stay a XBO exclusive, or not get made at all. Dead Rising 4 will stay on XBO exclusive since it's not a huge franchise and I doubt Capcom wants to fund it itself.
Sigs are dumb. And so are you!
Titanfall 2 will go Multiplat, SO2 will stay exclusive -- Insomniac may own the IP, but I'm sure M$ had them sign some sort of binding contract for the publishing rights.
Dead Rising 4 will not happen.

I pretty sure Titanfall 2 is going multiplat.
Dead Rising 4 I think simply comes down to who will pay for it to be developed. It's been successful enough for Microsoft to consider buying the IP. On Xbox One it has a 1 in 4 attach rate.
Sunset Overdrive is a strange one. The developer has a previous relationship with Sony and owns the IP. I can see it selling 1M copies at most (given the Xbox One install base). I'm sure Microsoft will have protected itself somewhat from this but I wouldn't be surprised to see the first game ported 12 months down the line.
