In Dead Rising and Sunset Overdrive's cases sales of both consoles also are obviously a factor. If the PS4 would keep outselling the XB1 like it currently does it would simply be insane not to release your games on the PS4.
Titanfall isnt exclusive and DR3 isnt exclusive. SO might stay exclusive
They will all go Multiplat. Why Alienate an entire consumer base that is now alot more than the Xobx one. Microsft would have to shell out big to keep them exclusive. The big one is Titanfall and that is definitely coming to PS4. The other 2 will not even push a million so it won't matter. Sunset overdrive has less mass market appeal than Ratchet and Clank so it will be hard for it to push a million sales.

Sunset probably won't, but the other 2 surely will.
Prediction for console Lifetime sales:
Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.

I don't think it really matters if these games go multiplat... bearing in mind MS has more popular IPs.

Titanfall will definitely be multiplat. Dead Rising 3 will be on PC, so DR4 might also be multiplat! SO2 might be exclusive if SO1 sales are great enough!

Dead Rising - I don't think there will be a sequel
titanfall 2 = multi
so 2 = not sure if we see a sequal and no it wont go multi
dead rising 4 = depends who is going to buy capcom. i think microsoft multiplatform, like 3
