1. Links Awakening
2. Spirit Tracks
3. ALttP

So I'll go with LA, maybe ST. People really hate ST; I loved it though, thought it had the best atmosphere of any Zelda game to me :p

Favorite is Wind Waker. Although I've only ever beaten WW, OoT and TP and I always stopped playing Majora's Mask in the beginning, might pick it back up again.
