I'm surprised Twilight Princess is doing so poorly. Probably because anyone who liked TP probably like OoT more and will never like anything else better because reasons.

OP I think you're confusing Skyward Sword with Wind Waker.

Well, TP compared to Ocarina of Time

- has a bigger overwolrd

but...

- No magic / no magic arrows and spells

- More linear

- Easier

- Predictable dungeons trying to mimic the ones on Ocarina of Time

- Zero epic sidequest/NPC's (Midna was the only good one)

- Easy boss battles

- Zero relevance to Zelda's Lore

- Inferior equipment

- Inferior stock items

- Two ruppee's glitch (you got 5 ruppees! / you cannot hold more ruppes! (no matter if you are in the middle of a dungeon)

Etc.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Actually very annoyed at the lack of Handheld games outside the most recent one. Minish Cap is my second favourite out of the ones I played and I know many people who think Link's Awakening is the best.

Favourite: Majora's Mask

Best: Ocarina of Time

EDIT: Just saw Link's Awakeinig. Still not a good list unless all the games are there, I think.

My top favorite is Majora's Mask.

I've yet to decide on the exact ranking for the entire Zelda series.

I'm not a big fan of the series, I don't even consider myself a fan, but I'd say my favorite is Skyward Sword as well.

Ocarina of Time for me, I love everything about this game especially the dungeons they're so awesome my favorite is the Forest Temple and its creepy music and also I love that there are extra mini-dungeons, the bottom of the well had me really scared the first time I went to it, especially those hands that come out the floor.

Amen Pavo, Amen.

You also forgot about the more loose controls of Twilight Princess compared to Ocarina of Time.

Might as well add the lack of replay value to the list.

well everyone says OoT, so i actually went and brought it and started playing it last night. this is my first zelda game and im not enjoying it so far. controls are clumsy and gameplay is boring. i dunno if i can continue playing it. if this is the best then i guess zelda isnt for me.

In my honest opinion, Ocarina of Time is an outdated game. Sure, it is a masterpiece. But it is outdated.

I implore you to go play Wind Waker. If you don't enjoy that one, then...Zelda isn't for you. If you do, though, I'm pretty sure you'll love it.
