The characters never looked too great, its all about the environments in games like this

yeah I kinda have to agree! It doesn't look as good any more... what the hell happened?!

I never said it wasn't a good looking game, but people are upset because they thought it would be this crazy next gen looking game. It never was. 

The trailer sucked. The presentation was sooooo good up untill that point. X kinda ruined it. Although it still was their best E3 that I've ever watched, and the best this year.

Poor X, it looked quite underwhelming in today's event. Zelda U was also less pretty than the old trailer we had seen, but it's still the best WiiU game i've seen so far.

That ground texture : damn well gameplay is were the fun is in this one.

Of course I noticed that too. Seeing how awful mario looks I doubt that a more demanding game like X will look any better.

But what can you do.

Umm no it's just that they had more close up shots now, last year we only saw objects from far away, so you may think it looked better before.
