in my opinion i think xbox one has more exclusives to choose from and play while with ps4, you only have KZ , knack , ISS and gamers was waiting fora big blockbuster game which was watchdogs.

Okay, which are the big XBO exclusives? Forza 5 and ...?

Titanfall: not exclusive

Dead Rising 3: not exclusive

PvZ: Garden Warfare: not exclusive

Dead rising 3 is an exclusive to xbox one.. its not avaialble and won't be available on ps4 as MS published it. then you have ryse,   titanfall. the first titanfall is still an xbox one exclusives (console exclusives ) as its only available on MS consoles and max curse brotherhood. . Those would be the big ones. not countingn the other exclusives which they have. At this moment Ps4 has the ones .   Those are the only first party AAA.  The next one we know is drive club and TLOU which has already been on ps3. iThe rest are jsut indies and multiplats which make the mmajority of ps4 library. haven't touched ps4 since ISS and now will try Trine 2 .

Microsoft published Mass Effect on the Xbox 360, but that game still ended up on the PS3. It all depends on the company who owns the IP. I doubt Microsoft has a contract to keep Dead Rising away from Sony. Dead Rising 2 was on the PS3 platform.

fine you make a fair point. until it arrives on ps4 it si still a MS exclusives fro xbox one. D didn't they use the cloud for the no laoding times on it? just curious.

..and thats what we are talking about here, one's opinion doesnt necessarily equate to global opinion.

The only exclusives I've purchased so far is ISS and KZ (in terms of the AAA), while none of those on wii-u or XBO appeal to me except for Dead Rising 3, but I wasnt going to pay £429 for that one game. I do however have about 14 3rd party games.

People seem to think its either a numbers game or the console with the most exclusives, and it really isnt....especially if those exclusives dont appeal... but to move a person to buy a console it has to be a OTT special game... for example Sunset Overdrive does not do it for me at all, looks colourful but would not make me buy a console. Just because it's exclusive doesnt make the console more appealing. Now an Alan Wake game, that might do it for me.

Fair enough.  on the xboxon ei got ryse, forza, D, titanfall max, crimson dragon  while on ps4 just kz and ISS in terms of AAA. I do have thrid party games but they are xbox one . i chose xbox one for multiplats beause i prefer teh controller nad i prefer getting achievement points then trophies and for me the difference in visual quality between multiplat games are small and not game breaking. hence why i got watch dogs on xbox one rather then ps4 as to me  the difference between the two resolution is small.  Fair enough i boght the ps because i love colletcing consoles. i will; be soon acquiring teh WII U to complete the set.If i was a conscious gamer and on a tight budget ,, the number of exclusoives would matter mainly the first party AAA exclsuives. . indies don't do it for me

Microsoft handpicks exclusives from outside devs and pays other devs to make their games. Sony has close first, second and third part who are dependable. Outside of Forza and Halo, Microsoft is really grasping at straws as to who makes their games and most gamers dont even know where they come from. Less reliable. Luckily for them they bought Rares crop of IP's because the lord knows Microsoft cant make new IPs themselves.

Its already pretty decided PS4 is the console winner this gen, sorry to xbox fans, but its the truth. The third party support is better, and also once Japanese games start coming up PS will regain niche appeal while also maintaining the popular market.

Still, PS4 has much more more " consoles/Sony exclusives" and more real exclusives than One and indies/multiplats are majority of the library for both.

It's not about opinion, it's fact.

You can be a fan and prefer one library rather than other but that is an other question.

At the moment nope bu tmaybe in the long time sure.  i gueess its fair to say ,, better wait till both MS and Sony reveal their E3 show. at this point MS is winning the first party Exclusives.

You might as well start the Destiny version of this thread too.

You're contradicting yourself. You are counting games like Max which are also available on PC but not games like resogun whcih are only available on PS4. If I used what you said it would be even more in favor for the PS4 if you counted things like OUTLAST and such which are only on PS4 and PC. Either way you play it, PS4 has the edge.

you forgot Gears , Alan wake studio , lionhead studiois These were some of tthe top of my head that were depndable for MS during the 360 days. They have acquitred more studios this gen and hopefully acquire more. According to MS they have alot to show so lets wait till both have done the show to have a better comparison :)

If even Max: the Curse of Brotherhood counts as "one of the big ones" for XBO (a download title with 360-version and PC-version as well), then flower, flOw, Escape Plan, Sound Shapes and Resogun are PS4 exclusives, too?

max is still MS xbox one console exclsives. i did say i  have personal bias towards indies as to me indeis games are not real games . he asked for big MS exlcusive and i considered Max to be a big platformer exclusive to xbox one.  The game i s also available on 360.   If you count Indies along with AAA exclusives then yea ps4 wins but if you just count AAA first party exclusivess,, then atm in my opinion xbox one is in th eleas. that may change in the futre when more games come out.
